A physical or mental condition that limits a person's movements, senses, or certain activities as well a degree to which they can participate in society (interact with world around them)

What are some of the examples of learning disabilities?

Dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia

Behavioral disorders do not fit into social norms, for example: ADHD, anxiety disorders.

Why is the expression "A wheelchair bound person" inappropriate?

This expression is inappropriate because it defines a person by their disability

People who look or act different scare most people.

I agree with this statement. Most people have very little knowledge about disability and are afraid of the unknown.

1. Persons with disabilities should receive "special treatment"

I do not agree with this statement. I think that people with disabilities want to be treated like the rest of society. They don't want to be defined by their difficulties.
