BURNOUT

Burnout is situation when the nurses are tired and frustrated of theirs job. Mainly when nurses ar overworked and theirs job is stressfull

Mobbing occurs less than about 10 years ago but all the time it appears. Creation by authorities nervous atmosphere between the co-workers and bullying them leads to stressfull situation in ward.

DEMANDING ATTITUDE
